1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Flow application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flow regarding your use of the App and its services.
2. Description of Service
Flow is a wellness application that provides:
- Guided breathing exercises with multiple techniques
- 4K nature video backgrounds for relaxation
- Haptic feedback guidance during exercises
- Customizable session settings (sound, vibration, visual cues)
- Offline functionality after initial download
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Free and Premium Features
The App offers both free and premium features. The "Relax" breathing technique (4-7-8 method) is available for free. Premium subscription unlocks all five breathing techniques.
4.2 Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to videos, images, animations, text, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Flow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
7. Health Disclaimer
Flow is designed for general wellness purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The breathing exercises provided are for relaxation and general well-being. If you have any respiratory conditions, cardiovascular issues, or other health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before using the App.
Stop using the App immediately if you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort during exercises.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
